Who we are
Beneficial Travel Inc. was founded in Los Angeles in 1987 as a Chinese-language tour operator serving North American outbound markets. BTI Tourism FZCO, our Dubai office, has run as the on-the-ground destination management company (DMC) for the United Arab Emirates for more than twenty years. We work for travel-trade partners and corporate planners, not for the public.

How we work with the trade
Working relationships with travel houses in Taipei, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Los Angeles, with confidentiality protections for end-client lists.
Two-price rate sourcing: every hotel line is checked against a live bed-bank benchmark and we book the lower, with the saving shown on the quote. A trilingual trade desk in English, Traditional Chinese and Arabic. A costed proposal within two working days of the brief.
Partner access
Agencies and corporate planners can request an access code for the partner area, where hotel, restaurant, excursion and transportation details, the trip brief builder and saved briefs are kept. Access is confirmed by our sales desk.
