Every itinerary runs at two paces. Full: three or four stops a day, most meals booked, early starts. Relaxed keeps the same length, the same hotels and the same arrival and departure, and books less into each day: one anchor per half day, later starts, lunch mostly at leisure, and a free afternoon or evening every second day. Either pace can run from the same booking, because the rooms do not change. What changes is tickets, meals and guide hours.

Arrival, and Dubai top to bottom
Your flight lands before dawn and we meet you inside the terminal. Breakfast is waiting at a hotel buffet on the creek, and we ask the hotel for early check-in so the bags come off the coach. Mid-morning we go up the Burj Khalifa to levels 124 and 125 and look down on the whole city, then walk into The Dubai Mall. The afternoon crosses the water: an abra over the creek, which is still the way the city actually moves, then the Gold Souk and the Spice Souk, and Al Seef along the waterfront. The monorail carries us out onto the Palm. Dinner is at Atlantis The Royal, and the evening finishes at the Dubai Fountain.
